An easy process for success
1. Get in touch
First step, fill out the details in the contact form. Or send me an email with a little bit about the business, what we’re working on, expected delivery timeframes, and budgets if you have set one.
2. Intro call
Phone call or video call – whatever you prefer. This is a great opportunity to discuss details, get a feel for a feel for each other, discuss rates (and if we’re a good fit I’ll draw up a quote for you).
3. Quote
I’ll include the scope of work we discussed and exact costs, (either on a project base or hourly rate). On your green light, I’ll then draw up the first invoice to kick-start the project.
4. Briefing
Depending on whether we’re collaborating or working on a white label piece, I can work with your brief and I’ll send you a brand questionnaire if I need more info. We can do all this by email or call if you prefer.
5. Turnaround
First drafts will be delivered to our agreed timescales (including any edits). Two rounds of edits are included in every project (if we need them). Plenty of opportunity to get the words exactly where we need them to be.
6. Delivery
The final copy deck will be emailed to you in G-doc or Word-Doc format (your preference) with the final invoice and a referral form. Once the final invoice has cleared, the copy’s all yours to publish!

What are white label copywriting services? And how are they different from a collaboration?
White label copywriting services is just a fancy name for outsourcing your copywriting or content needs to a skilled copywriter, while taking the credit under your own business or brand name. This practice is common in agency circles and is perfectly legitimate.
For busy agencies or freelancers that may not specialise in copywriting, it can save you a ton of hassle and bring your client excellent results. Plus you can also package it as part of your full service website solution, which can be more appealling for hesitant buyers.
A collaboration on the flip side is more of a joint effort. Copy and design are often developed side-by-side and the client hires both the web designer and the copywriter to work together on the project.
Who owns the copy under white label?
Once the copy is delivered and final invoices are paid, the agency / person that commissioned the work owns the copy and can use it under their brand name without crediting the writer.
Do you work directly with my clients?
Under a white label services arrangement the designer or agency manages the client from briefing to review, revisions, and sign-off.
In a collaboration I typically work directly with clients from briefing through to go-live.
Can I request rush jobs?
If you have a project that needs an urgent turnaround I’ll do my best to fit it around other work. Depending on the size and scope of your project I will always try my best to help you out. If not, I have a great source of referral partners who may be able to help. Rush projects may cost extra, so get in early to avoid paying more than you need to.
How long does the copywriting process take?
For collaborations the timeline will vary depending on the complexity and length of the project. For a large website project, it typically takes between 4-6 weeks between the briefing call and final delivery. White label copywriting is usually a much faster turnaround as most of the foundational work will already have been done.
