For nearly a decade I’ve translated purpose into fresh, human and relatable messaging for brands just like yours.
My mission? Helping founders stand out, get chosen, and grow in ways that deliver on both your purpose and business goals.
MY STORY
It started with a linguistics degree that led me into corporate marketing. I got lucky early ~ opportunities like organising a festival for 2,000 staff in Richard Branson’s garden, and managing sales campaigns that closed multimillion deals. Then in my 30th year, I ditched the heels for my biker boots and rode solo across Asia Pacific.
That trip set the tone for life! I met my life partner in NZ and spent the next 7 years in the most stunning place on earth building a life centred around adventure, and redefining what work meant to me.
Right about the time Covid came through and obliterated small businesses, I launched Copy By Kudo. My mission at the time was to help smaller local businesses recover and restart after Covid. These days it’s about helping the best stand out from the rest.
What probably won't surprise you...
- I’m a wild child at heart and nature is my temple
- Words I live by: “If you’re not living life on the edge, you’re taking up too much room.”
- I’m a big believer in the three Ps: People, Planet, Profit ~ and that good business should serve all three
- I have zero intentions of returning to live in the UK (I should add I now live in Portugal) and I am working on learning the lingo
- I reduce my footprint where I can, give back through pro bono work, and champion causes where I feel I can make a difference
